We got our apartment assignment today! It's in Mission Valley (part of San Diego) at La Mirage Apartments. We have a 2bed/2bath. It's the Laguna floorplan. It's within 5 miles of the hospital where we are working. Stay tuned for our road trip posts starting Monday!

Sorry if this is rude, but what kind of salary do you have to pull down to live there (La Mirage)? I'm from Texas, and I want to move to San Diego because my brother's coming back from Okinawa (marines) and I don't know how much money I need to be looking for in a job. I have an English degree...
